Commercial Induction Range Cooker - Target T900-XL
The Target T900-XL commercial induction range cooker has been designed as an extended version of the Target T900 4 zone induction suite. Offering additional worktop space and the option of a larger 1/1GN capacity convection oven under, providing an energy efficient alternative to traditional gas open burner, solid top and electric hotplate ranges.
As with the Target T900, you have the option of 270mm Ø circular or 260mm square induction zones providing the same great flexibility of being suitable for single and/or multiple pans depending on the coil configuration you choose. However, the T900-XL is designed with 2 x twin pieces of glass rather than a single quad piece of glass, which has the added benefit of being suitable for even larger pans with the extra space between the zones.
