  • HJA Josper Models now improved through the application of the new HJA-PLUS standard, maintaining the design, quality and reliability of the HJX-PRO alongside increased performance. An improved hydraulic door locking system streamlines operations for the chef.

    The redesigned, modernised upper and lower vents facilitate air circulation and are both easier to clean. An optimised upper tempering area allows customisation and closure with various accessories include inside.
