The reasons for this were clear as their professionalism, understanding of my needs and of the technology were unsurpassed. This piece of equipment gives the kitchen team the ability to cook all manner of products very precisely. Consistency in cooking is key with the plancha grill giving different heat zones from top to bottom and controlled and constant heat settings. So, for large functions, weddings or busy services the space avilable far outweigh normal pan cookery. Reduction in washing up always helps the staff as well! After using mine for some months now I wouldn't hesitate in buying this piece of equipment again...The ability to control and hold precise temperatures whilst in a busy service is a breath of fresh air!
