Ventless commercial kitchen equipment refers to catering appliances that produce by-products such as smoke, steam, FOG and odours through cooking processes, however, have been designed specifically so that they can be used without the requirement of an extraction system that exhausts externally, therefore making them ventless cooking appliances.
