Target manufacture professional induction cookers to suit chef, menu style and kitchen space.  With multiple options combine any number of induction solid top cooktops with slide control, rectangular and square induction zones for multiple pan use and extra large induction cooktops containing round induction zones ideal for large stockpots and single pan use. 

All Target bespoke induction ranges are designed to be easily installed and manufactured in our factory in Gloucestershire minimising any on site disruption especially to kitchens in use with mimimal down time restrictions.

THE DESIGN PROCESS

1 IDEA

Starting with the concept of the business we will discuss ideas including the menu, kitchen and operation type and style you are looking to offer.

2 DEVELOP

With an understanding of what you are looking to achieve we will consider any restrictions or limitations that may be involved and begin to develop a bespoke commercial induction range that meets your requirements.

3 TRIAL

When specifying appliances, we encourage our customers to visit our demonstration kitchen to experience equipment in use by trained professionals and/or to trial the different options available for themselves.


4 PLAN

Once the preferred equipment specification has been decided upon a plan of your proposed Target bespoke induction range will be produced for approval. This can be incorporated into proposed complete kitchen layouts.

5 VISUALIZE

We produce 360° 3D computer generated visualizations, so you can see the details of your proposed bespoke induction range design prior to manufacture, making it easier to imagine how the product will look and function once completed.

6 MANUFACTURE

Once happy with the design and specification your Target bespoke induction range will be manufactured by our team of craftsmen in our factory based in Gloucester.

WALL INDUCTION RANGE

Wall bespoke induction ranges, fit neatly into existing set-ups, incorporating as little or as many appliances into one range as you wish.

ISLAND INDUCTION STOVE

The bespoke induction island stove creates a freestanding station with all equipment built flush into one suite enabling the kitchen brigade easy acess to all appliances.


HOB CONFIGURATION - INDUCTION ZONE OPTIONS

Every commercial induction stove is different with each hob configuration designed to suit you; we can combine any number of zone types to fit into your commercial induction range. All glass is mounted flush with the surrounding stainless steel work surface, using Ceran® toughened safety glass which can withstand enormous amounts of weight. Zones can be independently controlled, or interlinked to create larger zones or graduated slide control tops .

Understanding hob configuration and hob types is most important as each type is designed for a specific purpose. There are a variety of induction coils to suit different cooking styles and techniques and the varying needs of chefs. Coils vary in size, shape and power allowing different cookware sizes, styles and configurations to be used.

 

CIRCULAR INDUCTION ZONES

Each zone is intended for single pan operation. Circular induction zones provide even cooking temperatures across the base of a single pan and are designed to replicate the characteristics of an open top burner on a gas range, with each zone being individually controlled.

 

SQUARE INDUCTION ZONES

The most versatile type of zone, they can be used independently or combined to create extra large heat zones. Each square zone is suitable for single or multiple pan operation.

Each zone is controlled individually providing maximum flexibility in temperature control. The use of multiple square zones has similar characteristics to a hot plate, solid top or Slide Top and ensures even heat distribution across each pan base positioned on the induction zone. 

 

RECTANGULAR ZONES

Suitable for single or multiple small pan cooking. Each zone is controlled individually and has similar characteristics to the Slide Top zones with added versatility in temperature control.

WOK FORMED ZONES

For use with round base wok pans as used in traditional oriental cooking. Wok formed zones can be fitted with an additional stainless steel edging plate for added protection to the glass.

SLIDE TOP ZONES

Square and rectangular zones suitable for single or multiple pan cooking, operating as induction Slide Tops are controlled by a single temperature controller which regulated a pre-programmed power gradient.

Slide Tops create a hot plate or solid top effect where typically heat graduates and once turned on you can vary the temperature within the pan by moving it around on the entire surface.


BUILT-IN APPLIANCES

Working closely with other leading manufacturers we combine a wide range of appliances with our induction hobs, allowing us to create your ideal cookline in an individual suite.

Built-in appliances are set into the induction suite worktop, providing chefs with an all in one flush mounted cookline, whilst offering maximum cleanliness and efficiency.

Target bespoke commercial induction ranges have a number of unique generator configuration options which allow appliances such as ovens, hot cupboards and refrigeration to be situated directly beneath the induction hobs, eliminating the risk of damage to the electronics. This also means you are not limited in the configuration of appliances within your induction range and can fit more equipment into the range footprint.
