The Target T900 commercial induction range cooker, has been designed as an energy efficient alternative to traditional 900mm wide gas open burner, solid top and electric hotplate ranges. The option of circular of square induction zones in the T900, gives greater flexibility as it is suitable for use with single and/or multiple pans depending on the zone type you choose, with square induction zones replicating traditional gas solid top ranges.
The T900-E23M3 incorporates a compact convection oven that offers outstanding cooking and baking results, with a capacity of 3 x 2/3 GN containers with 85mm spacing. An easy to use manual rotary control oven with 2.8kW heating power, complete with bi-directional reversing fan system, 50-260°C mechanical thermostat and 60 minute timer with time up alarm as standard.
