With features such as, on-demand water and automatic pan detection, the T8-series of induction wok range cookers ensure minimum waste for maximum profit. TARGET T8-2 ZONE

The T8-2 Zone provides a 2 zone wok station suitable for single chef use. A single unit complete with dedicated sink with waste strainer and knee operated tap. Open storage with a fixed base shelf and height adjustable intermediate shelf, perfect for the storage of cookware and cooking utensils directly beneath the cookline. The open storage is fully panelled to the sides and rear ensuring nothing can fall into hard to reach places.

TARGET T8-4 ZONE

The T8-4 Zone provides a 4 zone wok station suitable for operation by 2 chefs. A single unit complete with 2 dedicated sinks with waste strainers and knee operated taps. Open storage with a fixed base shelf under, perfect for the storage of cookware and cooking utensils directly beneath the cookline. The open storage is fully panelled to the sides and rear ensuring nothing can fall into hard to reach places.
