Stainless steel gantry overshelves - single, two and three tier, heated or ambient gantry options manufactured in the UK by Target Catering Equipment. Whether a hot cupboard, refrigerated counter, table or servery, Target kitchen gantry options can be fitted to most counter and table surfaces.
Robust and built to last, Target stainless steel gantry framework and shelves are fully welded, manufactured using quality corrosion resistant 304 catering grade stainless steel with the option of external cross bar surface fixings or internal concealed leg surface fixings that minimise potential dirt traps and maximise worktop space.

Heated gantries are fitted with 300W food safe jacketed quartz heat lamps, independently switched per tier to allow individual use of heated tiers as and when required, reducing heat and energy consumption within the kitchen as whole banks of heat lamps do not need to be switched on at the same time.
