Commercial stainless steel sink units manufactured in the UK by Target Catering Equipment are of the highest quality, offering durable and hygienic prep sinks for catering kitchens. Suitable for commercial use, with worktops, undershelf and framework pressed and fully welded using quality 1.5mm thick 304 catering grade stainless steel. Target’s stainless sink units are robust, corrosion resistant and built to last.
Target’s free standing stainless steel sinks are easy to clean and satisfy EHO’s commercial kitchen hygiene requirements, with the base shelf at a height that allows for easy access for floor and wall cleaning.
The addition of height adjustable flanged metal feet makes Target’s stainless steel sinks ideal for use on un-even surfaces and minimises the risk of damage and indentation into floor surfaces. The fixed base shelf increases functionality of your stainless steel sink by offering additional storage space, whilst the unique undershelf design with anti-drop edge helps to keep items being stored from dropping into hard to reach places.

Stainless Steel Prep Sinks - Single Bowl
Target’s single bowl commercial stainless steel sinks are available in various standard widths with multiple drainer options and suit a range of taps. Single bowl sinks can be fitted with either a 500 x 400mm or 600 x 450mm sink bowl and are designed with an anti-drip sink edge profile with a 60 x 20mm upstand to the rear. Sink units are complete with pre-drilled tap holes, fixed base shelf with anti-drop edges, rear legs inset 100mm allowing clearance for surface mounted plumbing and electrical services to run behind, height adjustable metal flanged feet and waste stand pipe/strainer as standard.
