FAQ’s - Josper Rotisserie ASJ-130
-
A typical preventative service on the ASJ-130 includes the cleaning and inspection of the combustion area, fire grates, rotating components, and a general operational check of the unit. The components most commonly subject to wear, depending on the intensity of use, are the fire grates and the drive head bushes, which should be periodically inspected and replaced when necessary.
The recommended maintenance frequency depends on the intensity of use. For restaurants the use the ASJ-130 as their primary cooking equipment and operate it intensively, a preventative maintenance service is typically recommended every six months. For normal use, an annual preventative maintenance service is generally sufficient.
