"We are thrilled with the new canopy and extraction system, Chazz says it will be much easier to keep clean. So far she is happy with how it is working but she hasn't done a roast dinner yet, that will be the real test. All the workforce were very polite, they cleaned up after themselves and they were very mindful of our security needs. I know the job ended up being a bit of a trial but the finished product was well worth it, thank you to all your team."
