The Josper Robatagrill is designed for cooking in the ancient Japanese robatayaki style, consisting of grilling small portions of food on skewers in front of diners. The RGJ-100 boasts an impressive fire up time of just 20 minutes, a broiling temperature of 250˚C and multiple levels of grilling for cooking different products at different heights/temperatures. The unique robatayaki cooking method ensures ingredients retain their original taste and can be adapted to many restaurant styles.
