The VarioSmoker delivers natural smoky flavour and rich colour to meat, fish, and vegetables—directly from your combi oven. You can easily adjust the intensity to suit your taste, and even low-temperature cooking is no problem.
Getting started is simple with plug & play: the intelligent cooking paths of the iCombi Pro control the VarioSmoker via USB, ensuring professional, consistent smoking and cooking results every time.

NB: The VarioSmoker must not be operated outside of the appliance and only under an operational exhaust system. The smoke gases must be discharged away from the building by the exhaust air system. Air circulation systems, such as UltraVent and UltraVent Plus, are not suitable for use with a VarioSmoker because there is no direct connection to the exhaust.
