Designed for use with the Lincat CiBO+ Boosted high-speed oven, the CiBO+ Panini Press is the ultimate tool for fast, mess-free panini production. Its spacious design easily accommodates a wide range of items – from hearty sandwiches to delicate flatbreads – while delivering signature diagonal branding marks for consistently delicious results.

Using the simple paddle mechanism, food slides smoothly into place between the top and bottom plates. Once the paddle is removed, the press lowers gently to compress your creations, making it one of the most user-friendly panini presses on the market.

Installation couldn’t be easier, simply place the press directly onto the ContactBase inside your oven, while still having the flexibility to cook other dishes on liners or trays above.
