NB: The VarioSmoker must not be operated outside of the appliance and only under an operational exhaust system. The smoke gases must be discharged away from the building by the exhaust air system. Air circulation systems, such as UltraVent and UltraVent Plus, are not suitable for use with a VarioSmoker because there is no direct connection to the exhaust.
