MEIKO ACTIVE D‑UH 1890 is a universal, highly concentrated liquid warewashing detergent engineered for outstanding performance in medium to hard water conditions. Designed for demanding commercial environments, this advanced formulation delivers powerful cleaning results across all types of dishwashing machines. Completely NTA‑free, EDTA‑free, phosphate‑free and chlorine‑free, it offers an environmentally responsible solution without compromising on cleaning strength.
This detergent is exceptionally effective on tough soil, grease and baked‑on residues, ensuring clean, sparkling results in a single wash. Its high‑efficiency formula is developed to bind water hardness, preventing limescale build‑up and supporting long‑term machine reliability. MEIKO ACTIVE D‑UH 1890 is suitable for a wide range of professional applications, including restaurants, hotels, cafés, care homes, schools and high‑volume catering operations that require consistent, high‑performance warewashing.
The detergent is used with a dosing unit, with dosage determined by water hardness, soil level and machine type. The recommended dosage is 2.0–4.0+ g per litre of water. It is not suitable for aluminium or other soft metals, and dosing lines should always be flushed with clean water when switching products to avoid crystallisation. For optimal results, MEIKO recommends pairing this detergent with MEIKO ACTIVE R‑UH 2890 or MEIKO ACTIVE R‑PM 2690 PL when washing predominantly plastic ware.
