Commercial Induction Range Cooker - Target T900
The Target T900 commercial induction range cooker has been designed as an energy efficient alternative to traditional 900mm wide gas open burner, solid top and electric hotplate ranges. The option of 270mm Ø circular or 260mm square induction zones in the T900 gives greater flexibility compared to many others as each induction zone is suitable for use with single and/or multiple pans, depending on the zone type you choose, with square induction zones offering a larger cooking surface, replicating traditional gas solid top ranges.

TARGET T900-S
The T900-S provides open storage with a fixed base shelf and height adjustable intermediate shelf perfect for the storage of cookware and cooking utensils directly beneath the hob. The open storage is fully panelled to the sides and rear with anti-drop edge ensuring nothing can fall into hard to reach places.

TARGET T900-E23M3
The T900-E23M3 incorporates a compact convection oven that offers outstanding cooking and baking results, with a capacity of 3 x 2/3 GN containers with 85mm spacing. An easy to use manual rotary control oven with 2.8kW heating power, complete with bi-directional reversing fan system, 50-260°C mechanical thermostat and 60 minute timer with time up alarm as standard.
