Dishwasher System

When the old Hobart conveyor dishwasher became uneconomic to continually repair and the dishwashing setup difficult to operate Target were commissioned to investigate its replacement for the school.

DISHWASHER SYSTEM INSTALLATION - BEFORE

Designing the new system was easy, with new mechanical and electrical services, along with new PVC Altro White Rock wall finishes.

Target, as independent manufacturers and suppliers, worked with the school and contract caterers to select from a short list of Hobart, Meiko and Winterhalter to find the ideal dishwashing machine replacement.

DISHWASHER SYSTEM INSTALLATION - AFTER

Mieko was finally selected offering a package of energy saving heat recovery systems which meant that no special ventilation requirements were needed and also optimised energy consumption, running and initial capital cost.

The complete removal, refurbishment and installation took place over a half term break and now forms part of the King's School Estates Department push for energy efficiency, sustainability and ecological responsibility.
