When the operators of Preview Bar & Grill wanted to up-lift sales, increase margins and speed throughput at their Cribbs Causeway venue, they chose Target Catering Equipment to supply a new range of self service drop in and display units to improve the visual aspect of the different, family orientated, food service offer.

Mediteranean Cuisine was enhanced with a new front of house tradional Italian wood pizza oven, converted to gas, for easy use and speed.  The mobile Cubo pizza oven from MAM Forni provided flexibility and fitted with castors it can be moved to suit different cooklines.  Ideal for authentic Italian pizza and oven roasted Greek cuisine.

Multideck refrigerated displays, new condiment and plating section dispensers speed up service for the hungry cinema film fans looking for a fast, value for money meal before or after the latest feature film.
