When the home of the famous Pudding Club wanted to improve the kitchen to speed up service and produce consistantly perfect puddings they chose Target Catering Equipment to help.

Exhaustive tests and trials at our Rational Cooking Demonstration events proved different puddings as well as overnigh roasts could be delivered consistantly for the discerning owners and pudding club faithful.

Not wanting to loose a single service Target built a new pudding pantry corner including new ventilation canopy over the pudding steamer, hot cupboard and heated service gantry to keep puddings at their peak.

To bring the existing kitchen ventilation system up to BS 6173 standards a new gas safety interlock system was installed and the main cookline altered to accomodate the new Rational SelfCooking Center.

The main cookline redesign has helped speed up service and provide a better working environmant for the busy chefs.
