Eat 2 Learn in Kensington, London recently commissioned Target Catering Equipment to make individual induction cooking stations for their Gastro School. The Gastro School, which conducts its classes within The Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church in Kensington, has been set up to deliver vocational education through a variety of culinary classes.

The induction cooking stations are fully mobile and 13 amp plug in which enables them to be wheeled into position for the cooking classes and then stowed away easily after use.
The ethos of Gastro School is "Eat to Learn" and is not just confined to children and young people but incorporates training for all age groups. They have a wide variety of courses to choose from including "The Gastro School Farmers Market" which encourages the creation of dishes and meals through the community based activity of farmers market shopping.
Visit www.gastroschool.com to find out more about the cooking courses available.
