The Target specialist manufacturing workshops off Bristol Road, Gloucester, are pushing the boundaries of cooking technology, aimed at reducing waste energy in commercial kitchens.

High gas users, the popular Chinese and Indian takeaways, are set to benefit next from Target's technology, with new commercial induction wok ranges and flat top ranges which are energy efficient and easy to clean.

Target are looking for a suitable site to test these new products, in order to prove the technology to a generation used to cooking using energy wasting gas appliances.

If you want to start benefitting from this induction technology, contact Target now on 01452 410447, to learn how you could become their case study.

Why not apply for a  Carbon Trust Interest Free Loan to help replace old, inefficient gas cooking equipment. This is a government interest free loan, and as Target are registered Carbon Trust Loan suppliers, they can help with the form filling and even apply for a loan for you.
