Portable Induction Hobs, table top induction - the outside caterers choice for use in marquees and the great outdoors.

Recently used by Fallowfields Country House Hotel's owner Anthony Lloyd for a fund raising event and Royal Wedding Party celebrations with traditional beer, bangers and mash for the crowds and well wishers.

Compass Brewery provided the beer and Anthony's estate reared Tamworth Pigs provided the pork for the bangers, all cooked front of house using Target Catering Equipment's portable induction hobs.

A great day was enjoyed by all with the proceeds being donated to The Riding For The Disabled Charity, including donations and money raised from a raffle.

The raffle prizes included a set of induction ready pans from Target Catering Equipment, beer and whisky tasting vouchers from Compass Brewery and a selection of Fallowfield's home produce and vouchers to spend at the Hotel.

Anthony has recently employed new Head Chef, Shaun Dickens formerly of L'Ortolan, and with the benefit of his own estate produce from the Fallowfield's small holding, including Dexter Beef, Tamworth Pigs, Guinea Fowl, poultry and vegetables from his walled garden.

With Target's portable induction hobs proving to be a winner for outside and front of house catering there is always a need for a plug in instant cooking facility at weddings and food fayres which can be satisfied with the use of induction hobs.
