A new learning centre featuring electric induction hobs in an all electric kitchen, opened it's doors at Bore Place, Kent.

Home of Common Work Trust, and situated on a working dairy farm,  the catering kitchen offers a fantastic new teaching facility using the very lastest induction cooking technology at this tranquil retreat for educational development.

The new catering learning centre, featuring the all electric induction kitchen, was the brain child of Susan Fullman.  The kitchen was designed to deliver hands on cookery training in a bright and energy efficient kitchen, and was designed and delivered by Target Catering Equipment.

Featuring a recycling ventilation system using carbon filtration, which ensures that no heat will be lost from the kitchen during cold weather conditions and electric catering equipment including safe, energy efficient, electric induction hobs and programmable convection ovens and grills.

The electric induction hobs will enable the training kitchen to teach cooking skills without any of the risks associated with gas or radiant plate cookers, whilst also saving money on their energy bills.
