Target Caterng Equipment has recently been inspected by Gloucestershire College's Health And Safety inspectors and passed with flying colours.

This will pave the way for Target's recruitment of more apprentices to help develop new energy saving cooking equipment technology for commercial kitchens in the light of rising energy costs and a need to drive for efficiency in the kitchen to keep costs down and affordable.



Target currently employ two apprentices and are looking to recruit and develop their own apprenticeship scheme with Gloucestershire College.
