Target Catering Equipment's latest bar design at Coco Beach Cocktail Bar, Cheltenham, included stainless steel under bar cocktail equipment, topped with a bespoke bar counter and frontage which created a unique and stunning bar design.

Working closely with Marcel Frichot's design consultants, Target designed and built the bespoke bar, glasswash station and bespoke stainless steel counter top incorporating the undercounter refrigeration.  The bar design resembles a driftwood plank and comprises of brass and French Oak.  The back bar display fridges, under the stainless steel counter top, are set off with mirrored panels and glass shelving to the rear, producing a stunning backdrop for the cocktail mixers and liquers.

Designer LED lighting, set under the bar counter and behind display cocktail mixers, spirit and liquer bottles, creates a colourful back bar and also produces a dramatic effect to the bar counter front.

To complete the atmosphere a movie projection screen behind the bar shows evocative images of warmer climes - sun, surf and cocktails, Coco Beach Cocktail Bar, Cheltenham, a great place to end the night or begin the evening.
