When Elliott and Helen Thomas, the new owners from the famous Herefordshire, Westons Cider undertook the refurbishment of Grade II listed pub, Kilcot Inn, Newent, Gloucestershire, they also had to consider the refurbishment of the small catering kitchen.  Local catering equipment manufacturers and suppliers Target Catering Equipment were chosen to complete the commercial kitchen design, manufacture the stainless steel catering equipment and install the complete commercial kitchen.

Following approval of the catering kitchen design, the stainless steel kitchen equipment was then manufactured in Target Catering Equipment's Gloucester factory.  Having this local production facility nearby enabled pub manager Richard Parker to make regular visits to check on the quality and progress of the new commercial kitchen.  The commercial kitchen, incorporating quality Blue Seal catering equipment on the main cookline, was then installed, commissioned and ready to produce the really good pub food which will be served alongside the vast selection of Westons Ciders and Perrys.

With the refurbishment of the pub and its commercial kitchen now complete, the Kilcot Inn is due to open to the public on Monday June 20th 2011.  Boasting top class accomodation and really good pub food the pub is an ideal destination for those wishing to enjoy countryside walks and sample local food and drink.
