Cooking Station - Mobile Cooking Stations

Cooking station options, designed to incorporate Target's entry level, light duty induction hobs, include combinations of table top, portable induction hobs which can be placed on top of the cooking station or inset into the work surface making a readily portable unit.

Options for catering equipment incorporated into the cooking station include the commercial Blue Seal convection oven and grill, built in or under the induction hobs.

A self contained ventilation system, with built in fan and filter system, intergral light and fan speed controller can be fitted to Target's cooking stations to provide recirculating ventilation.  The ventilation system can also be ducted from the canopy to the outside if required.

Target induction cooking stations are compact and offer an alternative to cooking with gas.  Ideal for small kitchens or as an additional cooks station in a large commercial kitchen.
