The overhead ventilation system uses heavy duty baffle style grease filters with disposable particulate filter and odour reduction carbon filters with recirculation.  An optional duct discharge spigot for top or rear powerful internal fan air discharge to atmosphere is also available when required.

No need for expensive gas safety interlock systems or air quality monitoring systems to ensure compliance with stringent gas safety regulations BS 6173:2009
