This freestanding, commercial induction cooking station consists of a heavy duty, 4 zone, 400V 14kW commercial induction hob and a powerful 3.5kW induction wok cooktop.  The combination of the flat commercial induction hob and the wok induction cooktop is ideally suited to both traditional and Pan Asian syle cooking.

The induction workstation can be easily incorporated into the main cookline or used as a stand alone unit.

The complete top of this commercial induction range cooker is detachable to enable the induction unit to be easily installed, overcoming the problem of tight kitchen spaces and doorways.

Being fully mobile, height adjustable, and mounted on castors enables this commercial induction range cooker to be easily moved to provide access for cleaning.
