8 Zone Induction Hob Range - Eco Option For Listed Building
This 8 Zone Induction Hob Range was recently manufactured by Target Catering Equipment for a hotel located in a listed building.
Designed specifically to replace the local boutique hotel's existing gas range, the range incorporates a Convotherm Mini Combi oven, bespoke, stainless steel hot cupboard, Blue Seal Oven and 8 single phase, 230 volt induction hobs.
The 8 zone induction hob will provide a controlled cooking facility for the chef and the Mini Combi can be used for steaming and hot air convection steam injection for baking, regeneration and overnight cooking. The simple cleaning program helps keep oven maintenance to a minimum.

The Blue Seal Oven and grill takes commercial sized gastronorm containers and programmable controls offer flexibility when the Convotherm Mini is in steam mode.
The complete unit was specifically designed to fit the exact kitchen space available. Not only is the 8 zone induction hob range energy efficient, with a total loading of 18.60kW, but it's seamless lines and mobile construction makes it easy to clean.
