Hartpury College - Demonstration Mirror

When Hartpury College needed a training kitchen to be designed and installed, they turned to Target Catering Equipment.  Target Catering Equipment was able to provide a full range of services, from design ideas to fixtures and fittings, including superb catering equipment, making the end result a very workable solution for the College.

The final training kitchen design includes a fabulous demonstration mirror, which means that all the learners can follow every step of the demonstration in great detail.  The mirror is easily adjustable to ensure that it is set at the correct angle to allow the whole group to participate.

The demonstration mirror, combined with the flexibility of the portable induction hobs and Blue Seal ovens means that the layout of the kitchen can easily be altered, depending on the size and nature of the group involved.
