The clear, easy-to-use, intuitive control panel offers a choice of food types and cooking styles. Simply select the food you are cooking and how you want it cooked, following the step-by-step prompts on the control panel. Then leave the rest to the self cooking centre.
Combi Steamer Mode
If you want to retain full control of the entire cooking process, no problem. The SCC can be simply turned to Combi Steamer Mode, you then define the cooking method, temperature, humidity and time using the same controls as the normal CM control panel.
