Adande "Matchbox" Refrigerated Drawers
- Adande's insulated refrigerated drawers efficiently retain cold air resulting in temperature stability for prolonged shelf life.
- Each drawer can be separately adjusted from +15°C (59°F) to -22°C (-7.6°F).
- An optional blast chill capability enables any drawer to be set to refrigerate, freeze or blast. Drawers can be installed underneath hot cookng equipment thanks to the condenser air flow design.
- Adande's new "Matchbox" design with drawers being pulled out from either side of the unit with a simple lock bar which stops the drawer from sliding out the other side when you don't want it to.
- Products can be loaded from the prep side of a counter and removed on the cooking side.
