What Do Target Customers Say...
"We have just had our first energy audit for costs over the summer busy period and we have saved £6k. The new kitchen is paying for itself already!! We expect the winter period to give us greater savings as this is when we had to have a gas solid top and grill burning away all service for few customer numbers. The Target induction range and Hi-touch grill offer great savings at these times."
"Very knowledgable and helpful team. Complete kitchen refit done on time, on budget and without fault. Couldn't ask for better service. 10/10."
"I really couldn't be more pleased with our new kitchen supplied by Target, the quality of materials and build far exceeded my expectations. Add to that your patient service, precise plans and accuracy to the product created, topped off by the lengths your guys went to to get the units into the house, which was tough to say the least! I had no idea who I was dealing with when I first contacted you, as a commercial kitchen was outside my realm of knowledge, but I feel very lucky to have found your company, for both quality of product and service. Once again, thank you very much, our kitchen is better than we had hoped for. "
"We chose Target after looking at many other companies and products on offer for our new kitchen at Anderson's At The Bulls Head. The reasons for this were clear as their professionalism, understanding of my needs and of the technology were unsurpassed. This piece of equipment gives the kitchen team the ability to cook all manner of products very precisely. Consistency in cooking is key with the plancha grill giving different heat zones from top to bottom and controlled and constant heat settings. So, for large functions, weddings or busy services the space avilable far outweigh normal pan cookery. Reduction in washing up always helps the staff as well! After using mine for some months now I wouldn't hesitate in buying this piece of equipment again...The ability to control and hold precise temperatures whilst in a busy service is a breath of fresh air! Truly stunning equipment. Target are the future."
"I did a full service for the first time last Saturday with your induction hobs with my team and I just wanted to say I was absolutely blown away with your product! The precise heat control, not heating up the kitchen from wasted heat energy and it took us only 2 mins to clean the hobs when it used to take us at least 30 mins with all sorts of products to take off the burnt on bits of pork and chicken! "
"We love the induction hobs you've put in for us at Hobbs House Bistro in Nailsworth. Two thumbs up from our chef Anthony Smith and I'm sure William Morris would also approve. #Beautiful&Useful"
